The types of paper are mainly white cardboard, whiteboard, coated paper, and aluminum foil. If the national total is 34 million boxes, the soft and hard boxes are each calculated at 50%. The annual sales of the above four types of paper are: 490,000 tons of white cardboard, 300,000 tons of white cardboard, 68,000 tons of copperplate paper, and aluminum foil. 105,000 tons. First, white cardboard

White cardboard is a strong, thick, thick paper. As the surface is not colored, we call it white cardboard.

China's white cardboard is divided into three levels: A, B, and C. The whiteness of A, etc. is not less than 92%; B, etc. is not less than 87%; C, etc. is not less than 82%.

The raw materials for the white card paper are 100% bleached chemical wood pulp, of which the best is bleached softwood pulp sulfate, or partially bleached hardwood sulfate pulp.

White cardboard for cigarette packs requires high stiffness, burst resistance, smoothness, and whiteness. The paper surface must be flat and no streaks, spots, bumps, or warpages must occur. Because cigarette packs use white cardboard. Mainly uses web high-speed gravure printing machine to print, so the anti-tension index of white cardboard is higher. Tensile strength, also known as tensile strength or tensile strength, means the maximum tension a paper can withstand when it breaks, expressed in kN/m. When the high-speed gravure printing machine is started, it has to drag the paper roll, and at the time of high-speed printing, it also has to bear a large pulling force. If the paper breakage occurs frequently, it will inevitably cause frequent downtime, reduce the work efficiency, and increase the loss of the paper.

There are two types of cigarette packets with white cardboard, one is FBB (yellow core white card), and the other is SBS (white core white card). The FBB and SBS used in cigarette packs are single coated white cardboard. The FBB consists of three layers of pulp, sulphate wood pulp for the top and bottom layers, and chemical mechanically ground wood pulp for the core. The front side (printed side) is a paint layer that is applied by two or three doctor blades and has no paint layer on the reverse side. Since the intermediate layer uses chemical mechanically ground wood pulp, the wood pulp has a high pulping rate (85% to 90%) and the production cost is relatively low. Therefore, the price of the manufactured FBB paperboard is also relatively low. . This kind of pulp has many long fibers, small fibers and fiber bundles, and the thickness of the paper is good. Therefore, the same heavy FBB is much thicker than SBS. SBS is also usually composed of three layers of pulp. Bleached kraft pulp is used for the top, bottom and bottom layers. The front side (printed surface) is a paint layer, and the same as the FBB, the blade is also coated twice or three times, and there is no paint layer on the reverse side. Because the core layer also uses bleached sulphate wood pulp, the whiteness is high, so it is called white core white card. At the same time, the pulp fibers are small and the tightness of the paper is relatively large. SBS is much thinner than the thickness of the FBB. For example, the 230 g/m2 FBB of Hongta Renheng has a thickness of 320 μm, and 230 g/m2 of SBS has a thickness of 295 μm.

Second, a single white cardboard

Single-sided whiteboard paper was also referred to as whiteboard paper in the past. The quality of single-sided white paper must be white, flat, tight, and good stiffness. It is not easy to fluff when printing, and it has less stretching and deformability. It is suitable for color printing. At the same time, it must have good folding endurance to ensure that the pressure lines are straight when die-cutting indentation, and edge lines will not cause the paper to break.

Single-sided whiteboard paper is made by stacking layers of paper. Each layer requires several different qualities of pulp. The front surface (printing surface) is made of bleached sulphate wood pulp, the middle core layer is made of lower-grade waste pulp, straw pulp, or wood pulp, and the back side is made of medium retort pulp, waste paper pulp, etc.

In order to improve the level of single-sided whiteboard paper, the front side of the whiteboard paper has a higher degree of smoothness and glossiness, so the finished product obtained by coating processing in the machine is called single-sided coated whiteboard paper. Single-coated whiteboard paper has improved frontal quality, while the bottom layer is the same as normal single-sided whiteboard paper.

Because the whiteboard paper is much inferior to white cardboard in terms of stiffness, whiteness, and die-cutting indentation molding, it can only be used for the packaging of cigarette packs, that is, for the packaging of the strips.

Due to the different back color, white cardboard usually has two types: gray on the back, called white cardboard, gray; back white, called white white cardboard.
